The Effect of Black Cumin (Nigella sativa) on Histopathology of Liver and Kidney in Albino Rats with Organophosphate Exposure

This study aimed to determine the effect of black cumin extract (Nigella sativa) on histopathological liver and kidneys in albino rats exposed organophosphates. used 20 male mice divided into five treatment groups, i.e. (K-) without organophosphate cumin, (K+) induced by 40 mg/kg BW, group BW as therapy (P1 ) 200 (P2) 400 (P3) 600 BW. Organophosphate administration for eight weeks seed was given three then were euthanized, kidney organs taken observation using Haematoxylin-Eosin (HE). Data analyzed OneWay ANOVA test followed Tukey test. The results showed that there significant differences between groups damage (p<0,05). Hepatic degeneration necrosis P2 P3 differed from K+ with an average 2,24±0,9, 2,52±0,8. It can be concluded has a improving (600 mg/kgBW).
